Revenge centers on a jaded young woman that is welcomed into a community filled with riches, and people who don't know she's only there to exact revenge on those who had destroyed her family.  However, she does push it a little to far for me. Sometimes I find my adrenaline rushing - while I am thinking, "oh no - girl, don't do that - that snake will bite you".  Just when I think she can't pull another rabbit out of her hat - she pulls two out.  I have to wonder how she plays the character so well.  But she is willing to go - Bat Shit Crap Crazy on anybody that gets in her way.

This show is not a story about forgiveness...  It is definitely about revenge and sabotage.  The story takes place in the Hamptons, shadowed by a glittering world of incredible wealth and privilege, where smiles hide secrets - secrets eat their souls - and there is absolutely nothing that is colder than their revenge.  One would assume that the riches of the Hampton's could protect you  from the past.  But in this case no matter how guarded the privileged are, none of them can keep the truth out forever!!!
