Sleigh Rides With Santa In Orange Beach

Date & Time:  December 9, 2011 @ 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Location:  Pick up at Orange Beach City Hall, ride down Back Country Trail City of Orange Beach, 4099 Orange Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, Alabama 36561

About:  Do you hear those sleigh bells ringing?  The Back Country Trail will be transformed into a winter wonderland for young and old alike.  While the Sleighs are actually trucks and trailers, the scenes are straight from the Holidays.  Riders will be picked up at City Hall.  This ride is for all ages and will be sure to put Joy in your World.

Christmas Cookie Extravaganza

About:  Christmas Cookie Extravaganza is a place where you can purchase cookie containers and then go around tables full of Homemade Cookies and fill your containers.  You can also purchase some other special goodies such as chocolate candies, Snowman Soup, cookie mix in a jar, along with beautiful quilts, little girl Christmas pillowcase dresses, and other Surprises.  But wait.. It Is Even More!  It is the annual fundraiser for the UMW Martha Missions.  This helps support our mission of Spreading God's Love and Helping Others.  Please help us by baking cookies for the Extravaganza and bringing your friends and neighbors to the Event.

26th Annual Christmas Lighted Boat Parade

About:  Parade will assemble at LuLu's at Homeport Marina, proceed east down the Intracoastal Canal Waterway, and end at Zeke's Marina in Orange Beach.

Santa Will Parachute In At Flora-Bama

Date:  December 10, 2011 @ approximately 1:00 PM

About:  Santa Claus has made time in his busy schedule to "drop in" and visit the local girls and boys.  Weather permitting;  Santa will parachute in at approximately 1:00 PM with a big bag of presents, compliments of the Emerald Coast Skydiving Center.  Otherwise, he may arrive by Fire Engine #19.   Festivities will begin at noon with a tree trimming part, free eats, hot drinks and kids' Christmas Music sing-a-long.  Bring a nonperishable food item for the local food bank or a new unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots and receive a free beverage.
